After years of realizing beautiful projects, developing a wonderful product range and building up a renowned name in the lighting industry, we, Donald van Rijswijck and Stefan Mooij, have decided to opt for the further growth of TDE-lighttech BV to find a partner. 

We are very happy and proud that we can now announce that we have found this partner in the Controllux group. The group has taken over the shares of TDE-lighttech BV with retroactive effect from January 1 of this year. 

What consequences does this have for our relationships?

The sale of TDE products will be handled by the new BV, TDE Sales. TDE has the vision to put its own brand on the map both nationally and internationally. For strategic reasons, it has been decided to invest more time and energy in our current TDE dealer network in the form of support & training. For interest in TDE products, now you should contact one of our specialized dealers who will be very excited to help you with your inquiries. Below is a list of the selected TDE dealers.

By joining forces, a complete and powerful organization has been created. By making joint use of the back-office, technical services, warehouses and marketing, TDE has been given the opportunity to build a strong brand and roll it out worldwide.

The production location, TDE-lighttech BV, has since moved to Uitgeest at Oosterwerf 5. Here we have found a suitable location where we can considerably increase our production capacity. Our R&D department is also located at the same address.
